1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the exact date your item was marked as delivered by the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) to request a formal return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or product exchange.
2. Return Eligibility & Product Condition
To be eligible for a return, your travel accessories must meet the following criteria:

The item must be completely unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

The product must be returned in its original product packaging (including storage pouch bags, compact wraps, or plastic sleeves) with all structural tags intact.

A valid order receipt, confirmation email, or proof of purchase must be provided.
3. Return Shipping Fees & Labels
In strict accordance with our advertising network compliance rules, we explicitly state our return shipping responsibilities up front:

Customer Cost Responsibility: The customer is entirely responsible for purchasing and paying for their own return shipping label.

Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping costs incurred to return an item are 100% non-refundable and will not be added to your final refund payment.

Tracking Warning: We strongly suggest using a trackable shipping option (such as standard tracking) or buying shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned package, and we are not liable for items lost by carriers during the return transit.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please check your travel gear immediately upon delivery. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product variant, please reach out to us right away. For verified merchant errors or structural defects, we will quickly handle a replacement or credit adjustment at zero extra cost to you.
5. Inspection & Refund Process

Receipt: Once your return package is successfully received and evaluated at our logistics center, we will send you an automated confirmation email.

Approval/Rejection: We will notify you whether your return is approved or rejected based on the condition criteria.

Payout Window: If approved, your refund will be executed immediately, and a credit will automatically be issued back to your original payment account (Credit Card, Stripe, or PayPal) within 5 to 7 business days.
